Navigating the Multi-User Account Administration Area

As an Administrator on your Multi-User Account, you have several tools at your disposal for managing your account. Below is a guide to help you understand and master the management of your Multi-User Account.
To reach the Multi-User Administration section of your account, please login with your admin credentials. Once logged in, click the Multi-User Administration tools icon (see screenshots below) and select account overview.


From this tab, you can view your subscription, license summary, and billing overview. You can quickly navigate to view or edit your billing and subscription information, manage the users of your account, or print an invoice.


On this tab, you can view a detailed list of all the licenses under your account including active, deactivated, and pending users. Additionally, you can manage the feature settings for your Multi-User Account, including disabling Hire Me.


You can invite new users to your Multi-User Account from this tab, and you have the option to set administrative permissions for these new users.


The reports tab will provide you with a high-level summary of all your users’ activity on the site. The information reported here includes login instances, searches performed, questions asked, open questions, number of solutions accepted, and total comments posted.


The billing tab provides you with all the tools necessary to manage your subscription. The overview page shows your next payment date and the amount owed, your current subscription, and a brief overview of the recent billing activity. There are several sub-tabs that appear here which allow you to manage your payment methods, submit a payment, view and edit your subscription, review your subscription history, and print tax forms and renewal quotes.

Click Careers and you'll be redirected to Careers by Experts Exchange, where you can post job openings for your company.

Profile (exclusive to unlicensed administrators)

Finally, the profile tab allows you to manage the email address and password on your administrative account.
