How do I get my receipt for Live?

The amount a client has paid a consultant for each conversation in Live is listed in the Conversation Summary. To view your receipt for a conversation on Live, follow these steps (screenshot below)
 

  • Log in to Experts Exchange and navigate to Live
  • Locate the conversation for which you would like a receipt
  • See the Conversation Summary at the bottom of the conversation
  • Click the “Cost” to navigate to your transaction history
  • Locate the conversation for which you would like a receipt within the transaction history (a single conversation may have multiple receipts)
  • Select the “Invoice Number” of the charge you’re interested in to view the receipt
