After you have finished a conversation in Live, both the client and consultant can leave a rating for the other party who participated in the interaction.
You may rate your experience working with the other party on a scale from 1-5 stars, and leave a specific comment as a “review”. Follow these steps to leave a rating (screenshots below):
- When you have worked through a question to your satisfaction on Live, end the conversation with the consultant.
- Upon clicking “End”, a confirmation screen will appear
- The ability to leave a rating will be provided on the confirmation screen
- Choose a rating from 1-5 stars
- If you rate the experience less than three stars, a comment is required
- If you rate the experience as three stars or higher, you have the option to leave a comment
- Comment is limited to 500 characters
Please keep your comments professional, specific, and sincere.
To leave a review on a past conversation, you may access the rating by navigating to the “Conversation Summary”, and selecting “Add Rating”.
