Can I indicate what hours I'm usually available?

Yes! As a consultant on Live, you can set your preferred hours of availability so that clients can request a particular time when you are usually free to help. Please note that these settings have no impact to your current availability status -- you’ll still need to make sure you’re online and have updated your Live status accordingly.

To set your available hours:
  • Go to the Live home screen
  • Click the Set Hours button
  • Verify that your Time Zone is set correctly and update it if necessary
  • Use the dropdown menus to select the time range(s) for each day
