How do I get my receipt?

You can view your Payment History to print your invoice, or receipt, in two different ways:

Or you can follow these steps:

  • Log into your paid Experts Exchange account
  • Click on your profile picture in the upper right
  • Select "Personal Billing"
You must be logged into a paid membership account in order to see "Billing".  If you do not see the Billing option, this means you are logged into a FREE membership account.  If you cannot locate your paid membership account, please contact us.
  • Click “View invoice” for the most recent charge, or “View Transaction history” for all charges on the account.
  • Click on the blue invoice number located on the left of the transaction.
You can print your invoice by clicking on the “Print Invoice” icon on the top of the page.
