How to Use the Personal Knowledgebase

You can save questions, articles, member profiles, links, files, and personal notes in your Personal Knowledgebase for easy access to them at any time. We have compiled a series of articles detailing how the Personal Knowledgebase works, and each article includes screen shots. Scroll down to see the full list of articles. As always, if you have a question that isn’t answered here, feel free to contact us.
                                              
You can access your Personal Knowledgebase within the workspace once you are logged in. Just click “My Personal Knowledgebase” to expand that section. Your entries are organized by type. Clicking on each type will take you to a view of entries of that type only. You can also click “All Items” or “Personal Knowledgebase” to see all items in your Knowledgebase.
