You can edit an entry in your Personal Knowledgebase by following these steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Click My Personal Knowledgebase in the workspace.
- Click “Personal Knowledgebase”.
- Click the button next to the entry you want to edit. You can also click the “Edit Entry” button on the entry itself (see below).
- Make whatever changes you’d like, and click “Save” to finalize those changes.
