What is a Multi-User Account Membership?

Multi-User Memberships were designed for users who use Experts Exchange for work.  We provide companies with tax information and personalized quotes, invoices and receipts and the user of the account doesn't have to worry about any of that and can simply use Experts Exchange.

It works like this: With a Multi-User Membership you have a “License” (the EE user) and the “Administrator” (the person in charge of paying for the account).  If the person is in charge of both things then they would be both an Administrator and a License. 

Many companies like to keep this information separate, and often the Administrator is someone in the finance department.  The Administrator gets a username and a password to log into Experts Exchange.  When they log in, they can update billing preferences, monitor account usage, and manage licenses.

Multi-User Account Memberships start at two licenses, but you can add licenses any time you need them and non-licensed Administrators are always free (so if you're just in charge of administrating the account you won't be charged).

Each license includes all Experts Exchange features like unrestricted access to all our verified technology solutions, and the ability to ask as many questions as you want.
