My account is suspended. What should I do now?

There are two separate reasons your account would be suspended:
 
  • Billing issues: If your subscription is interrupted, for example due to a declined credit card, your account will be suspended. We’ll send you an email and continue to attempt to bill you on your subscription, but we may not be successful. In this case, you should either log into your account and update your billing details to continue your subscription, or contact us so that we can help you with your account.
  • On-site issues:  Your account could be suspended by Experts Exchange for behavioral reasons or for violations of our Terms of Use. In this case, you’ll be sent an email explaining why your account was suspended. Often that email will explain what you need to do to resolve the issue, but you may need to contact Experts Exchange and discuss your account before it can be reinstated. You can contact Experts Exchange regarding your suspension at suspensions@experts-exchange.com.
